Please note that we are unable to process exchanges. However, if you wish to exchange an item, you can return the unwanted product(s) for a refund and place a new order for the desired item(s).
To initiate a return, you must provide a valid original purchase order number from rzlle.com. If the purchase was made through a different seller, please contact them directly for returns.
Returned products must be in their original packaging and contain all original contents.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise specified by our support team.
While we refund the cost of the product, please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
For returns shipped without our pre-paid shipping label, we recommend adding a tracking number or delivery confirmation to ensure safe delivery. RZLLE or Comanda Enterprise LLC cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen return packages during transit.
Please be aware of the following:
- Promotional Gift Items: Promotional gift items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or warranties.
- Bundle Items: To receive a refund, all items within a bundle must be returned. Failure to return all bundled items will result in the conversion of discounted items to full price purchases, and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
